JCtrans Logistics Network will take media resources of GFFC website as replacement resources to exchange equivalent media resources with your company, so as to promote the development of each others'businesses and products. Through cooperation, both parties are responsible for the promotion of JCtrans Logistics Network activities to customers in their field and timely promotion and maintenance of information. Cooperation Instructions
Both parties agree that unless force majeure factors, or timely statement of reasonable reasons to the other party, (eg.if a client wants to put in advertising carrier which has been added into the replacement cooperation, both parties have already given priority to the customer's demand, the other party shall be informed one week in advance when replacing, any party who fails to perform according to the terms of the contract shall be deemed as breach of contract and shall bear corresponding liabilities for breach of contract, such as causing economic losses to observant party, defaulting party shall compensate observant party for the economic losses caused to observant party in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract law.
